With ‘E-Patrachar’ Modi Govt Changing Approach To End Physical File Movement Of #DigitalIndia

Ever remembered the serial Office – Office which was dedicated to how file moves from one department to another department in government department, and how end user is suffering with the extent of time taken to process the file in one department. But Modi Government want’s to change this movement of physical files between government departments for routine communication like intimations for meetings or their minutes. With implementation of this circulars may thing of past and soon become obsolete. A module called ‘E-Patrachaar‘ in the portal ‘eSamikSha‘ is the Narendra Modi government’s new way for communication.
The government is considering the digital communication equal to paper communication and launched various digital initiatives in StandUpIndia recently which may include Twitter Seva for Startups and Telecom & Postal Services . Introduction of such services will boost startup business in India.

The module will email the content to appropriate department which can be track, improve and speed up communication between implementing agencies. All the communication is followed with the SMS alerts to user’s mobile phone when the communique is issued. This will eliminate the need to put out physical notices.
The eSamikSha platform also reminds the authorities with auto mailers and SMS notifications at regular intervals, including when the target date for a project is near or additions are to be made on action points.
The portal is also equipped with the customized dashboard nad notice board to highlight an e-patrachaar which have been set on eSamikSha portal which will be visible to all ministries for prompt view and action. The portal also having an online central repository of all documents for easy retrieval.

have also launched their own eSamikSha portals.
